These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Staff Center portal ("Service") provided by P.S. 6X The West Farms School. By signing in, you agree to these Terms.
Access to the Staff Center is restricted to current, authorized staff members of participating schools. You must sign in using your approved Google account (NYC DOE or school-issued). Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
This Service uses Google OAuth 2.0 for authentication. By signing in with Google, you authorize us to access your basic profile information (name, email address, and profile picture) solely for the purpose of verifying your identity and personalizing your session. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services.
You agree to use the Staff Center only for its intended purpose — accessing school resources and materials provided for staff. You must not:
Upon successful authentication, a secure session token is stored in your browser's local storage. This token expires after 8 hours, after which you will be required to sign in again. You are responsible for signing out when using shared or public devices.
We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide the Service:
We do not store this information on our servers beyond the duration of your session. No data is sold or shared with third parties.
Your access may be revoked at any time by your school administrator. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms, please contact the school at info@ps006.org or visit www.ps006.org.
